Support for Planners, Tailored with Intention
Thoughtful event-day support for planners seeking a trusted lead, second, or behind-the-scenes assistant.
Planner Support
The Lorol Effect offers more than client-facing planning services. I also provide dedicated support for fellow planners who need an experienced professional to step in with confidence, care, and intention.
Whether serving as the day-of representative for your event, supporting you as a trusted second planner, or assisting behind the scenes on larger projects, this service is designed to strengthen execution while protecting the client experience.
Support Tailored to you, for you.
OVERVIEW
An anticipatory touch, wherever support is needed most
Planner support is designed for events that benefit from thoughtful coverage, strong communication, and dependable execution. The role may look different from one event to the next, but the goal remains the same: to support your process, reinforce your vision, and help the day unfold with care.
This support may include stepping in as the front-facing coordinator for the event, serving as your second planner, or assisting with behind-the-scenes needs on larger celebrations.

- general support where needed throughout the day
- helping maintain thoughtful execution across moving parts
How I Approach Planner Support
The same care and intentionality that shape my client work also guide the way I support fellow planners.
When stepping into a planner support role, I prioritize understanding expectations in advance, communicating thoughtfully, adapting quickly, and anticipating needs before they become disruptions. My intention is never to replace your process, but to support it in a way that feels aligned, professional, and dependable from beginning to end.
