60 Days - Event Day
- As your event draws near, our communication transitions into a more consistent and structured rhythm to ensure every moving part is perfectly aligned. We will connect through weekly thirty-minute virtual check-ins alongside any necessary in-person meetings to refine your timeline and finalize vendor coordination. To provide you with complete peace of mind during this final stretch, we maintain a dedicated twelve-hour maximum response time for all inquiries starting sixty days prior to your celebration, ensuring you feel fully supported every step of the way.

60 Days - Event Day
- As your celebration nears, we transition into a more structured and consistent communication phase to ensure perfect alignment across every moving part. We will host weekly virtual check-ins via Zoom or FaceTime, supplemented by additional in-person meetings whenever necessary to refine your timeline and coordinate with vendors. This dedicated approach guarantees that no detail is overlooked. Furthermore, to provide you with complete peace of mind, we maintain a maximum twelve-hour response time for all inquiries starting sixty days before your event, ensuring you feel fully supported as we approach your big day.
